Choose the Connection That Fits Your Office

The most direct integration uses shared DockOps modules. Existing systems can connect through supported APIs or file exchange, with delivery and corrections configured around the receiving office.

Direct API Connections

Connect an existing payroll, office, or operational application to the approved records it needs.

  • Map member identifiers, periods, and supported fields.
  • Define which system owns each authoritative record.
  • Use real-time updates where the connected system supports them.

Automated Reports

Deliver approved snapshots to an existing office system at an agreed interval.

  • Agree reporting frequency before scheduling delivery.
  • Include report time, source revision, and permitted fields.
  • Freshness follows the delivery interval and source availability.

Manual Reports

Generate an approved snapshot on demand for an office review or follow-up.

  • Use records available at the report’s generation time.
  • Choose the agreed period, fields, and receiving format.
  • Keep viewing and downloading permissions separate.

DockOps: Pension & Welfare

Use the same platform for the most complete real-time workflow on approved member, payroll, hours, and reviewed operational records.

  • Avoid maintaining another disconnected member list.
  • Use approved records without waiting for a separate file handoff.
  • Give each office a role suited to its authorized work.

One Record Flow, with Clear Responsibilities

Shared Records, from the Local to the Office
  1. 01

    Your Local

Member records, dispatch, documents, and work history.

  2. 02

    Authoritative Records

Reported payroll, recorded hours, approved corrections, and payment records.

  3. 03

    Authorized Offices

Pension & Welfare and other offices receive the records your local permits.

  4. 04

    Focused Reconciliation

Review employer reports, remittances, missing records, and differences.

Access is approved by the local. Each fund retains authority over its eligibility rules and benefit decisions.

API and export connections are configured for each organization. A supported connection option does not imply that every external application offers an API or that all offices are already connected.

Built for the Local and Its Partner Offices

Pension & Welfare Offices

Treat Pension & Welfare as one office, with authorized member, payroll, hours, document, correction, and reporting records. Fund-specific benefit rules and decisions remain with the office.

Explore Office Support

Vacation & Holiday Fund Offices

Support a separate fund workflow using recorded hours, employer reporting, and approved data exchange. Keep vacation and holiday obligations distinct from Pension & Welfare records.

Clerks & Checkers Locals

Connect dispatch, assignments, timekeeping context, payroll analysis, and member administration around the local’s roles and rules. Each participating local controls access to its own records.

Define the Connection Before It Runs

A dependable integration starts with the data, responsibilities, and exception workflow. We configure the connection around the local and receiving office.

Records and Ownership

Identify member keys, employer and recipient identities, reporting periods, field mappings, and the authoritative source for payroll and recognized hours.

Approval and Delivery

Agree which reviewed records may be shared, the receiving format or interface, delivery timing, and how corrected records replace earlier versions.

Access and Follow-Up

Set local-approved permissions and review how unmatched records, missing data, failed deliveries, and reconciliation differences will be handled.

Use these fictional reporting examples to agree the fields your office needs. They are mapping worksheets for discussion, not a live report, API contract, or a promise that an external system accepts this format.

The CSVs separate employer-period totals from member source lines. A member line has 40 sample hours and a $480 expected contribution; receipts and balances are not assigned to that member without an office-approved allocation. The recurring example shows a later snapshot, not an active delivery schedule.

Freshness, Corrections, and Review

Authorized Fields and Formats

Agree member keys, employer, office, work period, authoritative hours, contribution rule, expected/report amounts, receipts, status, balance, source revision, and report time. Confirm the receiving format and field permissions before connection.

Revisions with a Clear Source

Identify corrected records by source, period, and revision. Agree whether a replacement or an adjustment is required, keep the earlier review context, and avoid counting the same receipt twice.

Exceptions with an Owner

The designated local or office reviewer resolves unmatched members, missing hours, inconsistent rules, and remittance differences. A generated difference starts a review; confirmation and settlement require evidence.
